Every adventure starts with an orientation call to clarify your goals, scope and success metrics. Once we confirm details, we typically launch within one to two weeks.
Each expedition has a detailed timeline locked in from day one through your agreement. We provide a schedule with key waypoints so you're always informed of what lies ahead.
Your outdoor journey matters to us. Most expeditions include agreed refinements along the way, and we'll always be clear if a request ventures beyond our original adventure plan.
You'll have a dedicated guide and a shared basecamp to track your progress. We check in regularly and report on the milestones that matter most to your outdoor goals.
At the end of your adventure we hand over all final maps, equipment access and documentation in an organised package, so nothing stays behind at basecamp.
Many adventurers continue with monthly guide services for ongoing exploration and route optimisation. If something needs attention after your journey, reach out and we'll help you tackle it.
