Welcome to the trail. These terms set out the rules for using our basecamp and booking our guide services. By visiting this site or joining our expeditions you accept these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
You may use our site for legitimate outdoor purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt our operations, or use it in any way that could harm us or other adventurers.
Any expedition we undertake is defined in a written proposal or adventure itinerary. That document sets out the route, timeline and price, and takes precedence over any general information shown on this website.
Costs, schedules and payment terms are agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on each invoice.
Ownership of final expedition materials transfers to you once related invoices are settled. We may feature completed journeys in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We take great care with every expedition we guide, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
